All web applications, custom corporate websites, ERP management platforms (for schools, colleges, and training academies), billing/inventory software, and bespoke business systems engineered by EdugTech Solutions are delivered strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our developers implement standard testing, clean database structuring, and modern security protocols, we do not warrant that operations will remain entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with legacy third-party browsers or obsolete hardware.

2. Lawful Development & Prohibition of Fraudulent / Illegal Activities

EdugTech Solutions operates strictly as an independent technical vendor, engineering lawful software, web solutions, and database architectures based on legitimate business requirements presented by clients.

Client Misuse, Financial Scams & Fraud Disclaimer Under no circumstances is EdugTech Solutions responsible or legally accountable for how a client chooses to operate or utilize their deployed software once delivered:

If any client uses our developed software, portals, or hosting instances for fraudulent practices, deceptive schemes, financial scams, identity theft, unauthorized fundraising, spamming, illegal money circulation, or any unlawful acts under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Information Technology Act, 2000, the client bears 100% individual criminal and civil liability.
EdugTech Solutions holds zero affiliation with such activities and will cooperate fully with lawful law enforcement agencies by sharing deployment audit trails if mandated by a court order.
We reserve the immediate right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice or refund if any software instance is found engaging in malicious or deceptive conduct.

3. Third-Party Gateway & Cloud Infrastructure Dependencies

Many modern software deployments integrate with external infrastructure. EdugTech Solutions disclaims all commercial and operational liabilities arising from outages, latency, or failures caused by external providers:

SMS, WhatsApp & Notification Gateways: Failures or delivery delays resulting from telecommunication network downtime, TRAI regulatory issues, or DLT registration lapses on the client's business account.
Payment Processors & Banking Gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm, Cashfree, etc.): Bank server timeouts, failed UPI settlements, webhook lags, or disputed financial chargebacks.
Cloud Infrastructure Providers (AWS, DigitalOcean, VPS hosts, Domain Registrars): Regional transit cable disruptions, physical server center outages, or global DNS propagation delays outside our engineering control.

4. Client Operational Data & Record Accuracy

EdugTech Solutions operates strictly as an engineering and technological custodian. We do not audit, review, or control the transactional data entered into software instances. The client (whether an educational institute, coaching center, corporate firm, or commercial enterprise) retains full accountability for:

Accuracy of customer billing, product pricing, tax calculations (GST), and inventory adjustments.
Accuracy of academic marks, enrollment details, fee balances, and employee payroll computations.
Legality and copyright ownership of all logos, product catalogs, text content, and promotional banners uploaded to their software or website.

5. Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EdugTech Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of corporate revenue, anticipated business profits, commercial contracts, customer goodwill, or database corruption—resulting from the use of, or inability to operate, the software or web services.

Our platform may feature external hyperlinks to technical documentation, client instances, or third-party web portals. We do not endorse or assume liability for the availability, security policies, or operational practices of any external web resources.
